Mocoan Pacul Goang

Kata mocoan berasal dari bahasa Jawa yang berarti "membaca". Sedangkan, konotasi dari kata Pacul adalah "mengejek". Ada 7 sampai 8 pemain dalam satu grup di Mocoan Pacul Goang dengan kendang, biola, gong dan kluncing sebagai alat musik utama.

Para pemain membaca dan bernyanyi menggunakan versi dari lagu-lagu mocopat seperti kasmaran, arum-arum, Derma, Pangkur, sinom dan lainnya, dengan menggunakan gaya Blambangan.

Pembacaan diambil dari lontar Yusuf. Dalam kegiatan Paculan atau mengejek adalah adegan terlucu dalam pertunjukan ini. Para paculan menggunakan pepatah, pantun atau lelucon. Untuk memulai paculan, para penonton biasanya mengatakan, "Paculan wis" (mari kita paculan) agar pemain mulai mengejek satu lainnya.
