• Level of floor both is terrace encircling the Dome.
• Level of third floor is the Dome floor itself.

These three stage level symbolize, human life begining of Alam Purwo at the time man still in content, then enter Alam Madyo when man born and live through in world and end in Alam Wasono at the time man have leaved this transient world. During contents of old fellow have prayed to later born good chlid. During living it man try to do kindness of world, on the chance of to obtain and get happiness in life heaven.

Above third stage stand up main building so-called Cungkup Bung Karno Mausoleum. Cungkup (dome) come from Javanese with the meaning " A building for passed away people resting place ". Bung Karno Mausoleum Dome in form of building Joglo, namely form of Java techtonics which have is famous since was former.
“Joglo” mean Glorious or Grand. Because hence space under joglo roof called as Glorious verandah of ancient palace, what is usually used as place of for deliberation, wedding ceremony or receive respectable guest etcetera and thereby this have the character of opening.

The dome roof made of copper in form of fishfin compile 3 (three) become incisive to above towards the Top Point of Mustoko (head). These three roof formation symbolise trust to the One Supreme God is. Trust that man none other than God's creation the Supreme Single and in consequence all the time shall :

Since in the womb (alam-purwo) man have been supplied by third of these things , so that during their life on earth (alam-madyo) man obliged to deed as well as possible, so that in afterlife (alam-wasono) later they can enjoy happiness, as in javanese philosophy.
