Putri Maharani Cave in Lamongan
October 8th, 2008
Aris Wibawa, director for maritime tourism in Lamongan, East Java, has explained about a new concept about integrating Putri Maharani cave and other maritime tourism sites.
“We will set up a sky lift,” he told Tempo last week.
The site is located on Jalan Daendels on the north route between the cities of Tuban, Lamongan, and Gresik.
It has already become a new icon for modern maritime tourism sites in the region.
This new concept has already been adopted in Ancol Bay, Jakarta, and facilities offered include jet skis, banana boat, a playground, a go-kart circuit, bumper boat, and a pirate camp.
They also include space shuttle games, a ghost hospital, a planet of glass, a cat house, a boat gallery, a shell house, and a swimming pool.
The site is good for beach sports as it has white sands.
