Al Akbar Mosque

Be the biggest mosque in Surabaya with modern and unique architecture style; reside in south Surabaya region Pagesangan close to turnpike Surabaya-Gempol. Al-Akbar Mosque Surabaya stand on a width of 11,2 hectares land, broadly building 28509 square meters. Tunjungan

Muhammad Cheng Hoo Mosque also has 8 sides on the top of the main building. The third measure or numbers are having meaning. The meaning is number 11 for measure ka’bah when has just been built, numeral 9 symbolizing sponsor songo and numeral 8 symbolizing Pat Kwa (luck / feather in Chinese).
