The Ampel Mosque had found in 1418 constituting one of the historical monuments in the spreading of Islam in east Java. Sunan Ampel is one of the initiators who spread and taught the Islam religion in Java (include in one of the nine saints). The monument and mosque of Sunan Ampel lies at Kampung Arab and is frequently visited by domestic tourist form the groups of wali Songo pilgrimage tour. 
This mosque is presents the religion service souvenirs and Moslem clothing, such as; Kopyah (Moslem’s caps), rukuh (prayer robe for women), tasbih (sting of 100 beads), Stambul miniatures, Al-Qur’an, perfumes, etc. this complex is located on KH. Mas Mansyur street, Nyamplungan. 

Jembatan Merah

Translated as The Red Bridge in whose surrounding as the one of the most savage fighting ever seen on Java’s. The “Battle of Surabaya” began on 10 November 1945, less than three months after the proclamation of independence had read in Jakarta and it was right here that Brigadir General Mallaby had killed. Further down The Red Bridge is the china town, a surrounding packed with building of typical Chinese construction. It is still the most crowded business & trade center.
KAYOON PARK AND FLOWER MARKET

Kayoon Park is located along the western bank of Kayoon River. It is an evening Recreation Park and specific East Java Food Center. A variety of water sports are performed here such as; sailing, swimming, motor boat, and even canoe races. To the north of Kayoon Park is the Kayoon Market, selling beautiful orchids and tropical decorative.

Grahadi Building

Grahadi building is convention hall and the official resident of East Java Governor. See it’s a self remain as of the Dutch commissioner Dirk Van Hogendorp (1794-1798). Initially the front of Grahadi faced the river. During tea-hours in the afternoon, the occupants could see small vessels with passengers up and down the river. The small vessels used to transportation, they arrived and go by the small vessels. In 1802 the front side of building which originally faced the North, had changed into the South until the present time.

Surabaya Zoo

The Zoo is located at Setail street 1. It is in the north side of Joyoboyo bus station. It is said to be the largest zoo and complete in Southeast Asia. Almost various the animal types beyond the sea and inside the country, earn we to witness here. This zoo have area that is enough is wide, calm and divided to some places for birds, freshwater aquarium and brine, quarantine Toxidemi, night animal ( nocturama) and various mammals ( mammal). In Special place, there is also porpoise (pesut mahakam) and mermaid. There are also komodo that had considered being rest of prehistory animal, which only found in Komodo Island (NTT). There is also rent boat encircling artificial river, horse rental, camel, and elephant, and game for children, small restaurant and depots made available for the visitors, which wish to release fatigue. From the tower here, visitor can see the view of town Surabaya from the top.
