KARANGGONGSO BEACH
50 km from Trenggalek, or 4 km east of Prigi Beach.
This beach is located in Tasikmadu village. From the 1.5 km long with its white sand, quite and clean water which unable the tourists take a bath. Supported by the facilities including Hotel Prigi and a hotel belongs to the Regional Government cooperative.
One can hire motorboats to venture out and observe marine life and gardens.
LOWO CAVE
Located in Watuagung the subdistrict of Watulimo, it’s easily reached, 30 km South East of Trenggalek, on the way between Durenan-Watulimo. According to a research in 1985 conducted by Mr. Manthovani Gilbert, cave expert from French. Lowo cave Trenggalek is the biggest cave in Asia with its natural types of stone ( stalagtit and stalagmite ) which are very beautiful. The facilities to the object such as parking area, toilets and steps are available.
PRIGI BEACH
Located in the village Tasikmadu the subdistrict of Watulimo, facing the Indonesian (South) Ocean, 45 km to South East of Trenggalek and it can be reached by land transportation like buses and public van. Prigi Beach is known for its magnificient rock formations. The most attractive part of this beach is its the Southwestern coast. It includes a main bay, used by fishing boats as a harbour. The beach is also the site of Larung Semboyo, a sea festival worth attending.

Petik Laut Semboyo
The traditional ceremony is conducted by the fishermen of Pantai Prigi in Javanese month, Selo when the fish season comes, aimed to wish for blessing on given fish products which is abundant. It begins with a couple of bridegroom, big rice cone, accompanied by the fishermen and government officers, with their traditional clothes go to the beach. Larung sesaji is guided by a girl who is still inexperienced/ virgin accompanied by traditional gamelan and dance named Tayub
Baritan Ceremony
The ceremonial activity is conducted by the farmers in the village of Krajan the subdistrict of Dongko, aimed to wish for their animals safety from disease. The ceremony is directed by the old of the village, begins with thanksgiving meals and followed by an art performance named Seni Jaranan Turonggo Yakso which portrays the figh between the giant and a knight who safe the animals.
Nowdays, Turonggo Yakso has became a typical traditional art of Trenggalek and taugh to be a curriculum of the elementary school.
Tiban, The Ceremonial Hope For The Rain Comes
The ceremony is actually a fight competition by using whips made of palm leaf ribs, accompanied by traditional gamelan. Rain is usually coming when this ceremony is conducted. The tradition came from the village called Krejo the subdistrict of Karangan, but now it has penetrated all parts of Trenggalek.

Batik Tulis Trenggalek
This kind of traditional craft is considered as woman work from generation to generation. Industrial area of this craft industry is located in Sumbergedong Trenggalek subdistrict, covering 1,362 units of commercial, by the total production capacity of 794,804 m. Its particularity is well known up to outside of Java.
Bamboo Plaiting Craft
This kind of handicraft has already been exported to United States by the total export of 414 units and contributed annual income Rp 93,150.000.00,-
Black Marble Craft
Trenggalek has many kinds of mineral product, one of the products is black marble which has its high quality like Italian kind. The youth organization of Nglembeng subdistrict Panggul make souvenirs such as pots, statues, amulet from this black marble, aand so for the grave stone of the first President of Indonesia, Bung Karno.
Embroidery Craft From Kamolan
This kind of handicraft has a very high art value and it is considerably as mothers works. The central industry is located in the village named Kamolan the subdistrict of Durenan. The products have been exported to the middle East and Brunai Darussalam.
