Raschel bags is manufactured in various sizes, colours and densities, in rolls or loose finished bags. Such bags are available with or without drawstring and private labels. Raschel bag is specifically designed to help growers pack and transport their produce to arrive in prime condition. Being light weight, strong and easy to handle is used for the packaging of agricultural and non agricultural products;

JUMBO BAGS / ICB'S

Jumbo bags is produced from two different machineries to facilitate the market requirement.

a) from flat loom, suzler machines

b) 6 shuttle circular loom machines.

 

Designed to transport commodities ranging From 500 kgs to 2,000 kgs, requires strength in the woven material, webbing and stitching. These bags is designed with inlet sprouts, for tilling and outlet sprout's for discharging the commodity. Petrochemical, cement, mining products, grains etc. is packed in jumbo bags, providing ease in transportation and lesser requirement of labour.

Bags produced at Mandiri is for:

1) 500 kgs

2) 1000 kgs

3) 1500 kgs

4) 2000 kgs

 

with or without lamination and inner bags.

PP WOVEN BAGS

Mandiri is manufacturing PP woven bags with or without inner liner and /or lamination. PP woven bags is widely used for packing commodities ranging from 10 kgs to 50 kgs, such as sugar, rice, petrochemical products, etc, for storage by wholesales/retailers. Printing on either one side or both side with a maximum of 3 colours is available. PP woven bags is available in various specification and size produced from 6 shuttle circular looms.

PE / PP FILM SHEETS AND BAGS

Mandiri manufactures, these products from HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE and PP. The film sheets is used in the agricultural industry for soil protection from frost and to prevent soil errosion. Bags from PE/PP is used in the packaging industry, as well as for domestic purposes. Various sizes and specification is produced in the factory to cater the market demands.
