On the northwest tip of Flores - Indonesia, is a location referred to as Batu Gosok. This isolated peninsula is home to Puri Komodo, a hideaway guaranteed to thrill snorkelers, divers and adventurers.  As your flight approaches Batu Gosok, you will notice a magnificent cove with over 1000 meters of white sand and a wood jetty protruding 400 meters into the coral rich turquoise waters.  This is the 20 hectares of peace and quite we all dream of. Puri Komodo is designed for your comfort and safety in a back-to-nature environment. 

Your flight lands at the village of Labuhan Bajo on the island of Flores, where our vehicle will transport you to the harbor.  Climb aboard one of  our speed boats for 20 minute cruise to the resort.   Step off the boat, stroll along the jetty looking into the sea garden below. Colors of purple, yellow, blue and fuchsia distract your eyes from the octopus as an array of brightly colored tropical fish drift aimlessly.  You now realize you have arrived at someplace very special.

 Bungalows 

You will be escorted through lush gardens and winding pathways up five steps leading to a balcony which covers three sides of your bungalow.  An ideal place to relax and absorb the world of Flores. 

Your quaint room with American style spring mattress, enclosed by tropical netting ensures a great nightís sleep.  The evening air drops to that perfect temperature without  the use of your ceiling fan.  Refresh the next morning in the outdoor bathroom, standing under a piece of bamboo for your traditional shower. Western style facilities are included for your comfort. 
In addition to the 12 bungalows is the six spacious rooms of the two story chalet. There are three rooms on each level, two of which have an inter-connecting door. 

Indoor showers, western style facilities, American style spring mattresses enclosed by tropical netting are standard features of all rooms.  A balcony with a comfortable seating area makes the perfect place to relax with the latest novel. 

 Restaurant

From the jetty, a trail meanders through beautiful gardens beneath 100-year-old trees leading to the resort reception area. 
Enjoy
a refreshing welcome drink as the warm breeze drifts through the open-air lobby.  Above the reception area is the open-air restaurant with seating capacity for 40.  The view overlooks the gardens to the sea where several small deserted islands await your discovery.
