• Products
  We have variety of products ranging from "indoors", and "outdoors". 
  We are open for "taylor made" products in accordance with your wish.
  All items are made of TEAK wood, A Quality.
  
  
• Our A Quality
  

  -	Wood texture is straight lines, with some parts having curve lines. No knots.
  -	Kiln dried. Moisture is 14ƒ.
  -	Good construction.

• Payment
  

  -	By TT, 50% Down Payment before production, 50% before shipment.
  -	By Irrevocable L/C at RED-CLAUSE 50%. Interest and other bank charges shall be borne by costumer.

• Delivery
  

  -	It will be done 1,5 up to 2 months after receiving down payment, for 1 container 20'.
  -	It will be done 2 up to 2,5 months after receiving down payment, for 1 container 40'.

• Our Procedure of Ordering
  

  1.	Customers place order to Ariani.
  2.	Ariani sends Proforma Invoice based on customer's order.
  3.	Customers pay 50% down payment by TT or open Irrevocable L/C at RED-CLAUSE 50% and inform Ariani accordingly along with the evidence or transfer or copy of L/C instruction.
  4.	Ariani starts the production.
  5.	Once the goods are ready, Ariani will inform customers accordingly for shipment arrangement.
  6.	Prices are Ex-Factory, so customer will have to find their own forwarder or shipment company to arrange shipment, including the insurance.
  7.	Once the goods are ready for loading, then the remaining payment of 50% shall be paid, by TT as well. or in accordance with L/C arrangement.
  8.	Ariani welcomes customers to send their own Quality Control Man during the production.

• Prices
  We are not the cheapest but not the dearest either.
  We are open to any discussion you would like to have with us, providing you consider to buy several containers.
  
  
• Guarantee
  We guarantee the good quality of our products, nevertheless, if in any case, the goods arrive in your country not in a good condition (cracking or broken), we kindly request you to send us a photograph of broken goods by emails or mails and explaining the problems. We will then replace those broken items to be shipped together with your following order.
  
  
• Cancellation
  Once we have received 50% of your down payment, we will not accept any cancellation.
